Due to the perishable nature of sweets, bakery items, and food products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order enters production, preparation, or shipping, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
For cancellation requests, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged due to shipping.
- The product was unavailable after payment was received.
